ShushCon is a community effort, and we encourage people to get involved to ensure ShushCon can continue for many years to come. With your support, and in conjunction with local clubs like the Grand Strand Gamers, we hope to continue building a strong game community in Georgetown County.

Here’s a few ways you can help out:

Sponsor a Table

Each of our 21 tables is a sponsorship opportunity. To be a table/event sponsor, donate games to become part of our permanent library collection. The Table Sponsor’s logo, and our thanks, will be displayed on the schedule stand-up for that table.

Play to Win

Play to Win is a great way to get the word out about a new board or card game. If you send copies for Play to Win, people who play the game will have a chance to win that copy. Those that didn’t win will come away wanting the game, and even thinking about how cool it would be if they had a copy.

Organized Play

We are happy to save space on our schedule for your demo team, living campaign, sponsored tournament, or sanctioned event. Have your representatives or local fans contact us while we still have slots available.

Donate a Prize

We’d love to award our attendees with prizes that help build up their enthusiasm for your games. Prizes can be anything from sample games, quick-start Kits, Free RPG Day products, promotional cards, dice, buttons, posters, or other product samples. Prizes can be given to game winners or to general attendees.

For supporting ShushCon at any level your name will be listed among our supporters, with our thanks:

  • On printed schedules of events and site map.
  • On 80 inch display and ten 40 inch displays at the event.
  • On our website and social media.
  • On the Games in Schools and Libraries podcast and blog.

Also, with support at any level you are welcome to us on the
Games in Schools and Libraries podcast, where we will review products submitted to become part of the game library. Any promotional material you have for distribution (catalogs, handouts, or other promotional items) can be made available at the convention for attendees.
